Hilton Head Holidays has been part of Hilton Head Harbor since 1999, when Sarina Bentley’s parents purchased the marina and the lease to operate the resort’s RV lot rental program. What began as a family business grew into decades of hands-on experience operating the resort, working with lot owners and helping buyers discover what makes ownership here so special.

Sarina joined the operation in 2006—originally just to help her mother “part-time.” Part-time didn't last long. Within months, Sarina and her husband, John, were running the marina and rental operation, working alongside the POA and Resort Manager Butch Puplava to help Hilton Head Harbor reach its full potential.

Those years gave Sarina and Butch something you can't learn from a listing sheet: an intimate understanding of the resort, its RV lots, its infrastructure and the community that makes Hilton Head Harbor unique.

Butch has spent over two decades managing the day-to-day operations of Hilton Head Harbor for the POA, giving him an unusually deep understanding of the resort and its infrastructure. From major renovations and road projects to the countless details that keep the property running smoothly, there are few corners of Hilton Head Harbor that Butch doesn’t know firsthand.

A licensed real estate salesperson since 2019, Butch brings that same firsthand knowledge to Hilton Head Holidays. He knows the individual lots, understands the resort from the ground up and can give buyers and sellers practical insight that comes from being involved with Hilton Head Harbor every day.

Sarina has been part of Hilton Head Harbor’s story since her family became involved with the resort in 1999. After joining the marina and rental operation in 2006, she quickly became immersed in nearly every aspect of the resort—working with lot owners and guests and serving for many years on the POA Board of Directors, most of that time as Treasurer.

As Broker-in-Charge of Hilton Head Holidays, Sarina brings that firsthand experience to every transaction. She knows the history of the resort, understands the details of RV lot ownership and enjoys helping buyers and sellers through the process from contract to closing.
